Our Mission
& Vision

RE·Center activates youth and adults to drive transformative change towards racially just schools and communities.

We envision an equitable and just world where all youth have what they need to grow and thrive. We envision empowered students supported by conscious, critically thinking adults and supportive and safe schools and communities. We work towards a world in which equity is institutionalized in all school systems.

Our Strategies
& Offerings

RE-Center developed a programmatic framework which allows us to achieve short, mid, and/or long-term goals that we co-construct with our partner organizations. It is structured and it is fluid. It allows us to customize our offerings to the needs of our partners based on shared hopes, timelines, budgets, and capacity. It is a multi-level, multi-phase, and multi-disciplinary tool that aims to develop a racial equity practice in young people and adults so that they may be activated to challenge systemic oppression and drive towards transformative change.

Our Equitable evaluations are a tool to assess the effectiveness of our programs and internal structures in a way that is deeply rooted in four foundational practices, racial equity and community.
